How to get to Amsterdam Dance Event from Mexico

Updated

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the world's largest electronic music gathering and in 2026 it celebrates its 30th anniversary from October 21 to 25 in Amsterdam. With UVIBE you travel from October 18 to 27 in a group of 18, departing from Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara or Cancún: flight, hotel in downtown Amsterdam and access to 7–8 parties for $49,500 MXN. The group closes on October 20.

What ADE is and when it happens in 2026

ADE is not a festival at a single site: it happens inside Amsterdam, with more than 200 venues —clubs, concert halls and industrial spaces— programming at the same time. The 2026 edition runs from Wednesday, October 21 to Sunday, October 25 and marks the event's 30th year.

How ADE works

ADE has two overlapping halves:

  • ADE Pro (October 21–24, daytime): talks, showcases and networking for artists, labels and industry professionals.
  • Club and festival (every night, Wednesday to Sunday): parties and concerts spread across the city, from intimate clubs to warehouse parties.

You do not need a Pro pass to go to the parties. Most people build their own plan, moving between several venues each night.

How to get there from Mexico

You leave from your city (CDMX, MTY, GDL or CUN) on October 18 and land in Amsterdam on the 19th. The round-trip flight and the hotel are coordinated by UVIBE, and you return on October 27.

The itinerary, day by day

  • October 18: departure.
  • October 19: arrival in Amsterdam and hotel check-in.
  • October 20: a free day for shopping, museums, parks, a canal boat ride or a half-day trip outside the city. Activities are paid separately.
  • October 21: ADE kicks off.
  • October 22–24: talks, showcases and your 7–8 parties across the city.
  • October 25: ADE closes.
  • October 26: rest and free time.
  • October 27: return flight.

What the trip costs

Per person:

  • Flight: $18,300 MXN
  • Hotel in downtown Amsterdam, 9 nights: $2,500 MXN per night in a shared room, $22,500 MXN in total
  • Party access: $8,700 MXN
  • Trip total: $49,500 MXN

Payment is a single card payment (installments depend on your bank). Transfers, activities, meals, insurance and personal expenses are paid separately.

October weather and what to pack

October in Amsterdam is cool and rainy: between 8 °C and 14 °C is typical. Bring a waterproof jacket, layers and comfortable shoes, because you will walk a lot. It gets dark early and much of the experience happens at night, so save your energy for the late hours.

Getting around Amsterdam

Amsterdam is built for bikes and public transport. Trams and the metro reach most ADE venues; if it is your first time in the city, public transport is the simplest option.

What you need

  • A valid passport: it must remain valid more than three months after your planned departure from Europe and have been issued within the last ten years.
  • No visa is needed for tourist stays of up to 90 days.
  • To be 18 or older.
