How to pay for your trip with UVIBE

On UVIBE group trips you pay UVIBE the Trip Coordination fee: $215 USD ($3,900 MXN in Mexican pesos), a one-time card payment. You pay your flights and hotels yourself, directly to the airlines and hotels, with your credit card and in interest-free installments if your bank offers them. We help you find the best deals.

What you pay UVIBE

The Trip Coordination fee covers the planning and coordination of your boutique group trip. It is a one-time card payment, costs the same as VIP Trip Planning, is non-refundable and does not generate discounts or credits.

What you pay directly

Your flights, hotels and the other services of the trip are paid by you to each provider, with your credit card. If your bank offers interest-free installments, the terms and conditions depend on your bank. The estimated price of each trip, with its flight, hotel and access breakdown, is always on its page.

A worked example with real numbers

If the Sónar Barcelona trip has an estimated price of $38,973 MXN, that amount is what we calculate for the flight, the hotel and the party access, which you pay directly to each provider. You pay UVIBE $215 USD for coordination.

When each group closes

Each trip has its own closing date, usually about two months before departure. For example, Awakenings closes on May 5, 2027, Tomorrowland on May 10 and Monegros on May 28. Prices are those of the day and may change until you make your payments.

What happens after you pay the coordination fee

• We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your details and start coordinating your trip.
• Travel documents (passport and emergency contact) are requested after your payment is confirmed; you do not need them to reserve.
